City of Flint

Project Management
Consulting

The Goddess Werkshop, LLC. is retained to provide ongoing project management and brand support for a Flint-based political initiative focused on real estate development, economic revitalization, and workforce innovation. Leveraging PMP and Scrum practices, we organized campaign workflows, streamlined communications, and kept cross-functional teams aligned on deliverables. A core part of this engagement involved connecting outside agencies interested in establishing headquarters in and around Flint, with an emphasis on advancing opportunities in technological jobs and transportation. In addition to operational management, we strengthened the key client's personal brand by ensuring consistent messaging, polished presentation, and clear visibility across stakeholder groups. This retainer reflects our ability to merge campaign strategy with structured project management to drive both political outcomes and economic growth narratives.

WE SEE GREATNESS IN YOU!!!

NPO Rebranding and Project Management

Directed sponsorship and brand strategy for a series of high-visibility youth empowerment activations, positioning the nonprofit as a hub for both community impact and corporate engagement. Collaborated with AEW star Swerve Strickland and the Big 3 basketball league to expand reach and credibility, while also managing nationwide toy drives and local events that brought tangible resources into underserved neighborhoods. Through raffles, giveaways, and sponsor-driven visibility, these initiatives not only strengthened community trust but also delivered long-term brand growth for the organization and its partners.

Detroit Fashion Community

Executive Board

2023/20224

The Goddess Werkshop, LLC. played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Detroit Fashion Community, beginning with volunteer work in 2022 and advancing to executive board leadership from 2023–2024. As Secretary (2023) and later Director of Sponsorship (2024), Sabrina Athena brought structure, organization, and vision to a struggling 501(c)(3). Her contributions included modernizing paperwork and compliance processes, strengthening project planning frameworks, and reintroducing community outreach initiatives that reconnected DFC to Detroit’s creative ecosystem. By implementing sponsorship strategies, coordinating events, and leading cross-team communication, she helped transform the organization from a NPO in transition into a more visible and engaged community resource. This experience reflects The Goddess Werkshop’s ability to merge administrative rigor with creative leadership to breathe new life into community-based organizations.
